Interesting. I just posted on the power of the status-quo on the voter. It is a routine both in process and in what we select…and yet at times many seem to want real change.

I suspect that the latest compromise regarding state banking regulation in the midst of pressure for financial reform in Washington points to the influence of large corporations on the Congress as a culprit in the on-going eclipse of federalism. Pls see my blog if interested. Thanks.

I like the term economic eco-system. I’ve been looking for more references to it. Do you have a favorite. We’re using the term in Santa Fe, NM with our economic development efforts to ensure people understand they are part of a larger environment and their behaviors impacts others.
